Come build with us and be part of an award-winning company that’s helping create meaningful and lasting change in the healthcare industry.\nJob Summary\nInternational Product Coordinator supports international product documentation, product change management, registrations, certifications, and cross-functional project execution across the Nutraceutical portfolio.This role coordinates product updates, approvals, label changes, market registration requirements, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.The International Product Coordinator works closely with Product Management, Regulatory, Quality, Sales Operations, and Account Management teams to support international business needs andmaintaincompliance with market requirements.\nEssential Functions\nCoordinate international product change processes, including label updates, packaging changes, product documentation, document requests, registration support, andapproval ofworkflows.\n\nMaintain project documentation, task tracking, and stakeholder communication usingcompanysystems and project management toolstosupport accountability across projects.\n\nOrganize, obtain, review, and archive documentsrequiredfor international product registrations, approvals, certifications, legalizations, apostilles, and other market-specific requirements, including the delivery and retrieval of documents from government agencies and third-party service providers as needed.\n\nPartner with internal departments, including product management, regulatory, quality, sales operations, and account management, to gather information, route approvals, resolve questions, and keep stakeholders aligned.\n\nResearch market requirements, documentation standards, product information,regulatoryexpectationsand internal system procedures toidentifyaccuratenext steps andsupport changing business and market needs.\n\nAssistwith building packaging components,maintainingsupporting data, initiating change request forms, and ensuring required reviews and approvals are completed.\n\nSupport account managers and international sales operations by organizing documents, certifications, product information, and project details needed to support distributor requests.\n\nIdentifyprocess improvement opportunities that make product and document workflowsfaster, more reliable, and less disruptive to cross-functional teams.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupport company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures,programsandinitiatives.\n\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\n\nMaintenance of a clean and orderly work area.\n\nJob Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nBusiness, international, legal, administrative, or project coordination experience preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility tomanagemultiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and processes.\n\nValid driver’s license and ability to meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements. \n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to travel locally to government offices, shipping providers, and other business-related locations as needed.\n\nMust meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)requirementsandmaintainan acceptable driving record.\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employeeis occasionally required tosit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel;reach withhands and arms; and talk or hear.\n\nEmployeemust exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.\n\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.\n\nOur Benefits\nJoin our team and enjoy a comprehensive package of competitive benefits and perks designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
