This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the production lifecycle. Under limited supervision, performs duties following established procedures in the following areas: \nEssential Functions\nSupport facility operations by evaluating and improving production processes. \nAnalyze current production and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. \nReview, approve, and source packaging such as bottles, cartons, boxes, and flexiblefilms.\nAnalyze SCADA data and collaboratewith Operations, Engineering,and Maintenance to improve OEE.\nDesign, implement, and document optimized workflows, procedures, and controls.\nDevelop and monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency and quality.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for process-related issues.\nEvaluate new equipment, technologies, or methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.\nCollaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and Safety to support process compliance and equipment reliability. \nCreate and maintaindetailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.\nSupport training for operations staff on new or revised processes.\nAssistin new product introductions and scale-up activities.\nEnsure all processes comply with internal standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.\nSupport the evaluation and recommendation of manufacturing equipment to improve and automate production.\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Planning and Transportationto support production plans and schedules. \nProvide support to operating departments regardingproduct movement priorities.\nExtract and analyzesdata from various computer applications to support process improvements.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupports company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programsand activities.\nMaintains a clean and orderly work area.\nManages multiple tasks and collaborates with various departments in a fast-paced environment.\nContributesto team efforts byaccomplishingrelated tasks as needed.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor'sdegree in Engineeringor related field.\n3-5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and procedures.\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written formats. \nProficiencyin writing reports and business correspondence.\nAbility to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.\nAbility to analyze manufacturing data and identifyprocess issues, trends, and improvement opportunities. \nProficiencyin AutoCAD, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.\nAPICS Certification is a plus.\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required tostand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required tostand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. \nThe employee must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.\nOur Benefits\nJoin our team and enjoy a comprehensive package of competitive benefits and perks designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
