Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Serbia Legal & Administration Team for a temporary role covering maternity leave. This is a hybrid position with a strong focus on onsite presence. Key responsibilities

• Administration & Onboarding: Prepare and maintain employee files, draft resolutions, and dispatch onboarding materials, invitation letters, and business trip decisions

• Leave & Attendance Tracking: Log working hours, manage absence records, and process documentation for employee leave

• Portal & Insurance Coordination: Register/deregister employees on the CROSO portal (under senior guidance), manage private health insurance enrollments/cards, and help coordinate mandatory medical exams

• Data Management & Archiving: Maintain accurate database records, organize and archive official documents, and perform regular data entry updates

• General Office & Legal Support: Handle printing, scanning, document uploads, answer main office calls, office Supplies and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for the Legal & Administration team

Job requirements

• Education: High school diploma / IV level of any education

• Language Skills: Good knowledge of English language

• Key Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proactive time management

• Employment Type: Temporary contract (Maternity Leave Replacement)

• Work Model: Hybrid (onsite focus in our office)
