We are looking for aReceptionist that can help us ensure a high level of service at our busy office in the center of Niš, Serbia.
Important note: This position is being offered on a temporary basis to replace an employee on maternity leave.
Job Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;
Announcing clients as necessary;
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, receiving, sorting, and sending mail and packages;
Provide excellent customer service;
Coordinating lunch deliveries;
Help in the canteen - includes grocery shopping, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the coffee machine, putting items in place, etc
Carrying out the welcoming process for new hires - Providing a welcome package, presentation, creating ID cards;
Ordering small office supplies ;
Miscellaneous errands in the city;
Additional tasks related to office management.
Job Requirements
Writing and speaking English fluently;
Has strong attention to detail and loves organization;
Is punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new things
Has a motivating energy and a flexible demeanor;
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
You as a person
Organized and resourceful;
Are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges;
Are process-oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient.
