options, and strong supervision to support your growth every step of the way.\n\nThe Role\nBased in Newcastle, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6-65 years across a varied community caseload, including:\nNeurological conditions\nSpinal cord injuries\nMultiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease\nThis is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.\nYou’ll:\nComplete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans\nBuild long-term relationships and see real progress\nWork closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team \nOur Graduate Program\nWe believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support.\nYou’ll receive:\nA graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)\n1:1 discipline-specific supervision\n6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling\nA flexible $2,500 CPD allowance per year\nLaptop, phone and
