If you deliver results during the initial 2 months, there is an opportunity to continue working with the client on a long-term basis.\nOversee all website projects - from UX/UI updates to landing page performance and CRO.\nManage paid Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.\nEnsure marketing strategies are implemented effectively, maintain quality control, and monitor campaign performance.\nManage media buying across Google and Meta, including campaigns with significant advertising budgets.\nLeverage APIs to integrate lead forms, automation tools, analytics platforms and CRMs.\nReport weekly on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS) and identify areas for optimization.\nCreate creatives using AI tools and Canva. High-level graphic design skills are not required.\nContinuously test and optimise campaigns, landing pages, audiences and creatives to improve performance.\nAbout you\nStrong hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.\nProven experience managing high advertising budgets across Google and Meta.\nExperience independently setting up and managing landing pages and paid campaigns.\nExperience with GoHighLevel or equivalent platforms for campaign testing.\nComfortable creating basic ad creatives using AI tools and Canva.\nWhat we offer\nTop-of-market salaries.\nIndependent work - from the comfort of home.
