Total monthly earnings may vary based on state coverage and activity.\nExpand access to care: Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to mental healthcare.\n Collaborative model: Support and supervise Nurse Practitioners (NPs) through formal collaboration agreements, including chart reviews and consultation.\nAll-in-one virtual platform: Focus on your patients - UpLift handles credentialing, enrollment, and platform operations.\nWork from anywhere: This role is 100% remote, with care delivered via UpLift’s purpose-built telemedicine platform.\nFlexible commitment: Part-time, 1099 contract position with autonomy over your clinical schedule.\nWhat You’ll Do\nConduct video consultations and communicate with patients via telemedicine.\nAssess, diagnose, and treat patients, including prescribing medication when clinically appropriate.\nProvide supervision and oversight to Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in states requiring collaborative agreements.\nComplete required chart reviews and provide timely consultation support to NPs.\nMaintain responsiveness for collaboration duties in accordance with state requirements and UpLift standards.\nCoordinate care with UpLift’s network of therapists and other providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.\nProvide empathetic, evidence-based care while upholding UpLift’s clinical and service standards.\nShare product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery.\nWho We’re Looking For\nBoard-certified Psychiatrist with active clinical experience.\nActive and unrestricted medical license(s) in one or more of the following priority states: Virginia, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina.\nMulti-state licensure strongly preferred.\nExperience supervising or collaborating with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (e.g. NPs) is preferred.\nComfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.\nSkilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.\nStrong communication skills and ability to provide timely consultation support.\nPrevious telemedicine experience is a plus.\nImportant to Know\nThis is a part-time, contract (1099) position - not a salaried employee role.\nPhysicians may set their own schedules for patient care; however, collaboration responsibilities require ongoing responsiveness.\nPhysicians may stop seeing patients at any time, but collaborative agreement responsibilities require a 120-day wind-down period to ensure continuity of care.\nCompensation structure varies by state depending on collaboration requirements (capped vs. uncapped states).\nUpLift will credential and enroll you with multiple health plans to expand access to insured patients.\nAll care is delivered remotely through UpLift’s telehealth platform.\nAll clinical decisions are made independently by licensed providers in accordance with state telehealth laws and professional standards.\nLicense/Certification: Medical License (Required)\nLocation: Georgia\nWork Location: Remote\n*Compensation is paid on a per-activity basis and is not a guaranteed hourly wage or salary amount.
