Als Baustellenleiter / Site Supervisor (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer internationalen Projektteams im Bereich Airport and Logistic. Du begleitest unsere Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung auf der Baustelle und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Sicherheit, Termine und Kosten jederzeit im Einklang stehen. Mit deinem technischen Know-how und deiner Kommunikationsstärke trägst du maßgeblich zum erfolgreichen Abschluss unserer Anlagenprojekte bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einbindung in die Projektplanung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Überwachung und Koordination aller Bau- und Montagearbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und BEUMER-Standards
  • Umsetzung, Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts inklusive regelmäßiger Status- und Fortschrittsberichte
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Vertragspartner, Behörden und interne Stakeholder
  • Nachverfolgung von Material-, Ausrüstungs- und Arbeitskosten sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker oder Elektriker mit Interesse an mechanischen Komponenten
  • Idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, gern auch im internationalen Umfeld
  • Gute mechanische und elektrotechnische Grundkenntnisse, inklusive Lesen von Schaltplänen
  • Erfahrung in Installation, Inbetriebnahme oder Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kenntnisse in Projektplanung, Organisation und Terminsteuerung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und erste Führungserfahrung
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie ein international gültiger Führerschein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
