Our common goal is to implement outstanding and innovative projects worldwide.\n The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for CMMS and spare parts for the baggage handling system at Toronto Pearson International Airport, including keeping records of spare parts inventory, spare part procurement, preventive maintenance schedule and tracking of work orders.\nResponsibilities:\nKeep record of Spare Parts inventory via CMMS (MAXIMO).\nBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers, both internal and external.\nMaintain stock at required levels as specified by original equipment manufacturers (OEM).\nSafely operate a forklift or pallet jack to load, unload, move, and stock heavy spare parts, equipment, and industrial supplies.\nReceive incoming shipments from vendors, verify packing slips, and transport heavy crates or pallets to designated storage or maintenance areas. \nEffectively record and analyze movement of parts and help with cycle counts.\nSource quality parts and negotiate best rates.\nOrganize racks, bins, and bulk storage areas to maintain an efficient, clean parts room.\nEstablish, maintain, and ensure application of CMMS procedures regarding maintenance and inventory control.\nManage and troubleshoot faults with the CMMS.\nEnsure system, software and reports are accurate and provide sufficient information.\nDaily coordination with operational and maintenance staff regarding CMMS activities.\nProvide training to maintenance users of the CMMS.\nMaintain accurate record of parts under warranty and details of faulty parts.\nDesign and create reports and other tools used in work order and inventory analysis graphs.\nAct as the interface between BEUMER and other airport stakeholders regarding maintenance, purchasing and inventory control.\nCarry out other assignments as requested by management or shift supervisors.\n Requirements: \nMinimum of 5 years working with CMMS and Spare Parts management.\nAble to obtain and maintain RAIC and AVOP permits for Pearson Airport access.\nAble to drive company truck for parts pickup/delivery.\nValid forklift licence; able to safely operate material-handling equipment.\nWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to get along well with diverse personalities, while in a fast-paced dynamic environment\nStrong attention to detail, process development and organizational management\nStrategy insight and comprehension of BEUMER values\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills\nMS Office proficiency; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook\nStrong Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting.\nTrack and report monthly maintenance, inventory, parts, and work-order KPIs.\nSAP experience in inventory, purchasing, materials, or maintenance is preferred.\nPersonable, professional, and energetic demeanor\nAbility to lift/carry up to 50 pounds\nWork Environment:\nOperates in a fast-paced airport setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures.\nRequires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.\nFrequent walking, climbing, bending, heavy lifting, and standing across large terminal and baggage areas.\n BEUMER is an innovative intralogistics company, where every employee is part of the \"family\".
