During your first 2-3 years, you'll undergo extensive training to become an independent support specialist for our global customers. Expect around 40 days of travel per year, with more travel initially as part of your training. To ensure the relevant areas are covered you will be highly involved in planning the training.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nTechnical support for our international customers, including training and counselling\nTroubleshooting via remote support\nHelp customers correct errors and/or implement updates on-site\nContribute to the further development of performance monitoring and data analysis in order to prevent errors\nTake care of Hotline-case reporting\nBroad technical understanding and willingness to learn\nYou have a background in electrical engineering, possibly combined with a marine engineering education or similar. Ideally, you have experience in troubleshooting and rectifying errors on complex systems. Most importantly is your possession of broad technical knowledge and willingness to learn. Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley, Windows OS, Linux and SQL Databases will be an advantage, but if you lack any of it, we will be happy to teach you.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in Danish is a plus.\nYou thrive in managing stakeholders and handling a varied, sometimes unpredictable day.
