Our common goal is to implement outstanding and innovative projects worldwide.\n The IT HLC Coordinator is responsible for the governance, administration, and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions across BEUMER and customer-managed systems supporting Operations and Projects activities. This role ensures that access requests are processed in accordance with security policies, customer requirements, and IT best practices.\nSuccess in this position is demonstrated through accurate account management, strong compliance with cybersecurity controls, timely processing of access requests, and maintaining up-to-date operational documentation. The role acts as a key liaison between BEUMER teams and customers, ensuring contractual, security, and operational requirements are met while enabling users to perform their roles effectively.\nManage and maintain Operations and Projects customer accounts across multiple platforms and environments.\nEnsure compliance with customer-specific security policies, cyber requirements, and access control standards.\nMaintain accurate user access records and process documentation.\nAct as a trusted point of contact between BEUMER, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding account administration and access management.\nSupport operational excellence by maintaining controlled, auditable, and secure access processes.\nCore tasks and responsibilities\nMaintain and administer user accounts across customer systems, ensuring account information remains accurate and up to date.\nMaintain onboarding, modification, and offboarding processes for Operations and Projects personnel.\nReview, validate, and process new account requests against approved standards, role requirements, and security policies.\nVerify authorisation approvals and ensure access requests comply with BEUMER and customer policies.\nMaintain a comprehensive register of BEUMER customer accounts, access permissions, and associated documentation.\nConduct periodic access reviews and support audits to ensure account compliance and governance requirements are met.\nEngage directly with customer representatives to ensure adherence to customer-specific IT, information security, and cybersecurity policies.\nCreate, update, and maintain procedural documentation, work instructions, standards, and support materials.\nSupport compliance reporting activities and provide account-related metrics if/when required.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing standardised account administration procedures.\nSupport project teams by coordinating system access requirements during project mobilisation and operational transitions.\nEscalate security concerns, policy deviations, and access exceptions in accordance with established governance processes.\nMaintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of account data in line with company and customer requirements.\nAssist with internal and customer audits related to user access management and security compliance.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service delivery teams to resolve account and access-related issues.\nKey Competencies\nIdentity & Access Management knowledge\nInformation Security and Cybersecurity awareness\nAttention to Detail\nGovernance and Compliance management\nStakeholder Communication\nPlanning and Organisation\nProcess Discipline and Accuracy\nCustomer Focus\nRisk Awareness and Escalation Judgement\nDocumentation and Record Management\n A-Levels / BTEC (or equivalent) \nMinimum 3 years working in a team coordinating activities \nData maintenance experience \n Pension\nSick Pay\nEnhanced paternity/maternity pay\nHealth and Wellbeing Support\nHoliday increase with service","description_format":"text","description_chars":4325,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United Kingdom","iso":"GB","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Industrial Automation","Industrial Machinery","Logistics & Warehouse Robotics","Information Security"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-30T12:09:13Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Service Supplier, Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Service Supplier;
