We have the leading products on the market, and the office in Aarhus, Denmark, is an international center of excellence within the BEUMER organization.\nCyber Security for industrial systems\nSpecifically, you become responsible for monitoring and implementing best practices within Cyber Security for industrial systems. Focus is on Cyber Security for the systems that we deliver to our customers. We comply with internationally recognized standards and have a process-oriented approach as Cyber Security is part of all aspects of what we do.\nYou will have a close dialogue with both our software product organization and our software project organization and our project IT-Infrastructure team. You will quite naturally be working closely with our Software Process Improvement department, and you will report to the Global Software Director.\nLeader of a specialist team\nYou will be leading a small team of highly professional cyber security specialists while at the same time driving cyber security across BEUMERs global software team in close collaboration with BEUEMRs CISO team. As such you will be in dialog with group companies and product and project departments coordinating cyber security initiatives and communicating Cyber Security strategy, roadmap and best practices.\nSkilled in Cyber Security\nAs responsible for our Cyber Security activities, your task is to enable the organization to deliver Cyber Secure software products, projects and services needed for mission critical systems. To do so, we believe you:\nHave a relevant master’s degree related to software development and/or cyber security\nExperience in analyzing a software organization's cybersecurity priorities and practices\nYou have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience in the cybersecurity field.\nPrevious work experience with applying or using frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, EU CRA, NIS2 and ISO27001/2 in an international environment.\nRelevant security certifications (CISSP, CCSK etc.) are a plus\nOther than that, we would also like you to:\nBe structured, factual and have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with practical ability to shape the Cybersecurity agenda.\nThrive in a fast-paced international environment with many stakeholders\nHave a good understanding of technologies and methodologies within software development\nPossess solid leadership skills and strong in stakeholder management and communication knowing how to create buy-in and setting direction.\nHave knowledge about agile software development processes, CMMI and similar methods and standards would be an advantage.\nBe PMI, IPMA or Prince2 certified or similar training/certification would be a plus.\nSome travel must be expected as we are an international organisation.
