Integrity, Inspiration, Quality and Teamwork!\n Role:\nAs a Senior SAP Consultant, you will drive the global rollout strategy and implementation of SAP Business One across multiple regions. You will partner with business stakeholders as a trusted advisor, ensuring global ERP standards are adopted and successfully embedded in local subsidiaries.\nRole responsibility:\nLead and coordinate international SAP B1 rollout projects end to end.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable SAP B1 solutions with business and technical teams.\nImplement, govern, and evolve the global ERP template across group companies.\nOwn project phases including blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, and go-live.\nAnalyze and optimize end-to-end processes (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse).\nFacilitate workshops with regional teams and key users to align processes and solutions.\nCoordinate with local business, the global SAP B1 team, and external partners/system integrators.\nEnsure localization and regulatory requirements are met across markets.\nPlan and coordinate data migration activities and system integrations.\nCollaborate with developers on add-ons, APIs, interfaces, and reporting solutions.\nDeliver key-user training and provide hypercare/post-go-live support.\nJob qualifications:\nAt least 5+ years of SAP B1 consulting experience.\nProven experience in international SAP B1 rollout projects.\nStrong process knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Purchasing.\nExperience with global templates and multi-country ERP implementations.\nWorking knowledge of SQL databases and ERP data structures.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluent English (written and spoken).\nExperience with integrations, middleware, and/or APIs.\nProject management certification (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.\nIndustry background in manufacturing, distribution, or international trade.\nTravel Requirements:\nApproximately 30% international travel to support rollout phases, workshops, and go-live activities at global
