Integrity, Inspiration, Quality and Teamwork!\n General Responsibility:\nBEUMER Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the design, integration, and delivery of advanced airport baggage handling and material handling systems. This role requires broad expertise in mechanical, electrical, and software systems, with full ownership of the technical scope-coordinating and validating solutions across internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Software Project Manager, and Sub-Project Managers. This position is based in our Greenwood Village, CO office.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead the technical, design, and integration processes to meet the technical standards of both BG and the customer contract, from the contract signing through to project completion.\nCommunicate and coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and partners (including suppliers, consultants, etc.) regarding the technical aspects of the project.\nDefine, plan, and monitor system simulations and testing, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.\nCollaborate with the Project Manager to ensure transparent and effective communication regarding both technical and commercial matters throughout the project.\nManage and coordinate the technical interface aspects of the project, including establishing interfaces with the client and external suppliers.\nJointly responsible with the Project Manager for managing the project’s cost, timeline, and quality. Evaluate the technical and financial implications of key decisions.\nWork closely with the procurement team to create and review detailed purchase orders, ensuring that technical specifications and scope of supply are clearly defined.\nCo-manage the requirements management process, focusing on technical requirements, including gathering, mapping, and ensuring traceability with stakeholders.\nAnalyze project requirements, define technical specifications, and assess technical changes, evaluating their overall technical and financial impact.\nLead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical project risks.\nReview technical documentation prior to submission for customer approval.\nCo-responsible for monitoring gate/sub-gate meetings, ensuring the fulfillment of technical tasks, and capturing technical lessons learned.\nCo-responsible for ensuring the quality of final Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and training documentation for customer support.\nProvide technical support during installation, commissioning, and final testing phases at the project site.\nActively participate in the specification approval, design, production, installation, and commissioning phases of project execution.\nMust be able and willing to travel to job sites as required, up to 50% of the time.\nCompensation: $96,000 - $128,000 Annually.\nThe posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.\n Education/Training:\nAn Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience may be considered.\nA minimum of 10 years of combined experience in engineering, installation, commissioning, and testing of logistics, baggage handling systems or similar technology systems.\nAt least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, directly managing project team members and coordinating with other project disciplines.\nCertifications/Licenses:\nPMP Certification is required, or the candidate must obtain PMI/PMP Certification within one year of hire.\nCommitment Required:\nAbility to set and achieve goals with a strong commitment to success and a genuine care for others.\nA strong desire to contribute to a winning team and achieve collective success.\nMust be able and willing to travel to job sites as required, up to 50% of the time.\n BEUMER is an innovative company, where every employee is part of the \"family\".
