DHL site.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and operational support for sorter and conveyor systems.\nMonitor equipment condition and system performance to ensure reliable operation and support the achievement of agreed service KPIs.\nRespond promptly to equipment faults and operational issues, identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule.\nCommunicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues, equipment status and service activities.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, incident reports, service reports and other required documentation.\nProvide timely technical feedback and site information to the Customer Support team and Service Manager.\nWork closely with other service team members to ensure smooth site operation and effective shift handover.\nSupport field service, on-site troubleshooting and other service-related activities when required.\nFollow company and customer requirements relating to safety, quality and site procedures.\nHigher Diploma / associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within an automated industrial or material-handling environment. \nHands-on experience with conveyor systems, sorter systems, baggage/material handling systems or other automated equipment is highly preferred.\nGood troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.\n Registered Electrical Worker (REW) certification is preferred. \nGood communication skills in Cantonese and English. \nCustomer-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.\nAble to work independently, handle pressure and respond effectively to
