Integrity, Inspiration, Quality and Teamwork!\n The Warehouse Technician I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, production support, and warehouse organization. This role works closely with Spare Parts, Project Management, Engineering, Accounting, and other departments to support customer requirements and operational goals.\nThis position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering world-class customer service. The successful candidate will contribute to warehouse standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and future technology implementations that support long-term growth and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material storage, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.\nEnsure inventory accuracy and maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.\nProcess inbound and outbound shipments while supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse.\nPerform cycle counts, inventory audits, and support annual physical inventory activities.\nSafely and proficiently operate all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.\nMaintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation utilizing SAP, RF scanners, and related business systems.\nSupport future WMS implementation efforts and assist in the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes, work instructions, SOPs, and operational best practices.\nSupport safety initiatives, comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a culture where safety is a shared responsibility.\nCompensation: $24.00 per hour.\n#TalentPoweredByYou\n Qualifications:\n1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or spare parts experience.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material flow.\nExperience operating forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and other warehouse material handling equipment.\nAbility to safely and proficiently operate all warehouse equipment utilized within the facility.\nSAP experience preferred; experience utilizing ERP systems, RF scanners, or warehouse technology strongly preferred.\nExperience working within or supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nAbility to create, maintain, and utilize spreadsheets, reports, and electronic documentation.\nExperience supporting process improvement, warehouse standardization, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.\nStrong commitment to safety, inventory accuracy, operational discipline, and customer service.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work across all warehouse functions while maintaining productivity and accuracy.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.\nWillingness and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as needed to support customer commitments and business requirements.\nWork Schedule:\nStandard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
