The role will provide hands-on support across IT infrastructure, service desk operations, cybersecurity, IT projects, asset management, local ERP administration, and operational documentation to ensure reliable and secure IT services for internal users.\nProvide day-to-day IT service desk support to internal users, including troubleshooting computers, laptops, networks, office applications, equipment, BYOD devices, door access system and other ad-hoc IT requests.\nSupport the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, networks, and server room infrastructure, including equipment racks, UPS, FM200 fire suppression system, air-conditioning, and other related facility support systems.\nSupport IT asset management life cycle activities, including acquisition, registration, tracking, maintenance, refresh planning, and disposal coordination.\nSupport local IT project implementation, including coordination, testing, deployment, user support, and post-implementation follow-up.\nSupport IT security controls to protect company systems and data, while ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.\nPerform IT onboarding and offboarding support, including device setup, account coordination, access support, and equipment for new hires and departing employees.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date IT operational documentation, including procedures, user guides, inventory records, and support information.\nSupport local ERP service requests including user account maintenance and first-level support when required.\nSupport AI adoption initiatives through user enablement, training coordination, and guidance as needed.\n\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.\nGood working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows environments, and Office 365 applications.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (MFA, Intune, MDM etc..) and ITSM tool.\nExperience with network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, SharePoint, VMware ESXi, or uniFLOW will be an advantage.\nAble to support after normal working hours when required, including urgent technical issues, or critical weekend duties.\nCertification (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ \nSkills\nTCP/IP, Microsoft 365, Vmware Esxi, Group Policies, Windows Intune, Active Directory, CompTIA, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Virtual Infrastructure, SharePoint, Infrastructure, Itil Foundation, CompTIA A+ Certification, VPN, DNS, Firewall Management","description_format":"text","description_chars":2805,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T16:15:06Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":15,"reasons":["seen:1","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-09-26T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":42276,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/beumer-it-administrator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/beumer-it-administrator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-27T01:21:24Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1183,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3817,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-28T00:00:00Z"}}}
