The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration virtualization platforms enterprise backup solutions network security and database administration. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability security performance and scalability of all infrastructure systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nServer & Infrastructure Management\nDeploy configure and maintain Windows Server environments.\n\nManage and troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and File Services.\n\nMonitor server performance and ensure system availability.\n\nPerform patch management and system upgrades.\n\nVirtualization\nManage and maintain VMware vSphere / ESXi environments.\n\nCreate and manage virtual machines and resource allocation.\n\nOptimize virtualization infrastructure performance and capacity.\n\nPerform VM migration replication and disaster recovery operations.\n\nBackup & Disaster Recovery\nManage enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam Acronis or similar platforms.\n\nImplement backup policies and retention strategies.\n\nConduct regular backup verification and disaster recovery testing.\n\nEnsure business continuity and data protection compliance.\n\nNetwork & Security\nConfigure and manage FortiGate and Sophos firewalls.\n\nImplement VPN connectivity (Site-to-Site & Remote Access).\n\nMonitor security events and respond to incidents.\n\nManage network segmentation VLANs and access control policies.\n\nPerform firewall policy reviews and security hardening.\n\nMicrosoft Services\nManage Microsoft Active Directory environment.\n\nTroubleshoot authentication permissions and access-related issues.\n\nMaintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security configurations.\n\nDatabase Administration\nInstall configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server.\n\nMonitor database performance and optimize queries when required.\n\nPerform database backup restoration and maintenance activities.\n\nSupport application teams in database-related troubleshooting.\n\nStorage & Infrastructure\nManage NAS and shared storage environments.\n\nConfigure and maintain storage permissions and quotas.\n\nMonitor storage utilization and capacity planning.\n\nSupport file-sharing and data access services.\n\nMonitoring & Documentation\nImplement and maintain monitoring solutions.\n\nAnalyze infrastructure alerts and performance metrics.\n\nCreate and maintain infrastructure documentation diagrams and SOPs.\n\nPrepare technical reports and capacity planning recommendations.\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement security best practices and hardening standards.\n\nManage endpoint security and antivirus solutions.\n\nConduct vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.\n\nEnsure compliance with company security policies.\n\nRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.\n\n5 years of experience in Infrastructure Administration.\n\nStrong knowledge of:Windows Server 2016/2019/2022\n\nActive Directory & Group Policy\n\nVMware ESXi / vSphere\n\nBackup Solutions (Veeam Acronis etc.)\n\nFortiGate Firewall\n\nSophos Firewall\n\nMicrosoft SQL Server\n\nDNS DHCP TCP/IP\n\nVLAN Configuration & Network Troubleshooting\n\nNAS Storage Management\n\nEndpoint Security Solutions\n\nDisaster Recovery Planning\n\nPersonal Skills\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage infrastructure projects.\n\nExcellent documentation and reporting skills.\n\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and handle critical
