experience\n\nSMS reporting analytics quotas and deliverability metrics\n\nConduct continuous discovery through market research competitive analysis customer interviews and product data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features\n\nCollaborate with Head of Product Senior PMs and Marketing on SMS pricing packaging and website messaging where relevant\n\nWork closely with SMS PO design team and engineering to deliver roadmap items in incremental releases\n\nOwn and monitor key SMS KPIs including:\n\nSMS active customers and message volume\n\nSMS deliverability rates and quality metrics\n\nSMS revenue and gross margin\n\nAttach rate of SMS to other Bevatel products (VOIP Chat)\n\nPartner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure SMS GTM strategy supports revenue targets and customer retention\n\nRepresent SMS product in leadership forums and secure alignment on priorities and investment\n\nRequirementsExperience:\n\n35 years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments\n\nExperience in messaging CPaaS telecom or communications platforms is strongly preferred\n\nDemonstrated track record of owning a product area end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact\n\nSkills:\n\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with product usage data and financial metrics\n\nGood technical understanding of APIs messaging routing gateway integrations and platform architecture\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\n\nCustomer-centric mindset with experience conducting user research and discovery\n\nAbility to work effectively across Product Engineering Design Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related
