This hands-on role focuses on designing, building, and scaling the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion. You will work closely with our Senior Director of Revenue Operations and embed across GTM to identify friction, ship solutions, and measure impact. This high-visibility, high-ownership position is perfect for someone who wants to shape modern GTM practices at Bevi.\nMissions\nDesign, build, and scale the technical infrastructure that powers the go-to-market motion, focusing on automation and AI.\nPartner closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify high-impact problems, write specifications, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.\nRun GTM Engineering with product discipline: scope, prototype, ship, measure, and scale what works, while defining success metrics for every system you ship.\nProfil recherché\n - Practical experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering; you’ve shipped AI-powered workflows in production, not just experimented- Hands-on experience building and operationalizing enrichment and orchestration workflows (tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or similar)\n- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and coach through adoption\n- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in a B2B environment\n- Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution\n- Systems thinker with a bias for automation and low tolerance for manual work\n- Comfortable writing SQL and working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations\n- Deep Salesforce fluency: data model, automation patterns, workflow design, QA, and hygiene practices\n- Strong commercial bias: you ask “does this actually help someone close a deal?” before you ask “is this technically cool?”\n- We value individual accomplishments, specialized knowledge, and genuine passion over simply checking boxes on a requirements list.
