Extend Wonderful’s platform by designing and building reusable primitives that turn one-off customer and internal needs into scalable platform capabilities.
Become a top contributor to the Wonderful Catalog by shipping custom tools, agent skills, applications, and end-to-end workflows that teams and customers genuinely adopt.
Own and evolve our organizational knowledge agent, demo factory, and other internal systems the company relies on every day.
Turn successful prototypes into stable, supported products that become part of Wonderful’s core offering.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience building production software, with strong technical depth and the ability to own architecture and move quickly across the stack.
Ex-founder or founding-team member who has built and shipped a product from zero, owned outcomes end to end, and made decisions with incomplete information.
Strong product instincts, with experience prioritizing roadmaps and building tools that teams genuinely rely on.
Exceptional communicator who creates clarity across engineering, product, GTM, leadership, and customers.
Highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building the systems that enable a fast-moving organization to scale.
