We are looking for a Delivery Center Director in the Philippines to lead and scale our Philippines Delivery Centre, a multi-disciplinary hub spanning professional services, managed services, engineering, and internal operations. This is not a greenfield build; you are taking over an established, growing capability. Your mission is to strengthen what exists and scale it efficiently.

This means raising the bar on operational discipline, engineering craft, and delivery excellence across every function. You will seamlessly integrate the local team with onshore colleagues in the US, UK, and Europe, ensuring clients experience one flawless, consistent standard regardless of location.

Our goal is to build a true multishore delivery model that serves customers globally. The Philippines is a cornerstone peer hub in this strategy-a centre with deep technical capability and client ownership that delivers complex transformation work shoulder-to-shoulder with our London and European teams, rather than acting as a distant back-office.

Alongside client delivery, you will expand our internal operations here to leverage a "follow-the-sun" model, providing the 24/7 global coverage the business needs to scale.

About The Role

Operational, Engineering & Delivery Excellence

• Operating Model & Delivery Excellence: Own and continuously evolve the Philippines Delivery Centre operating model across Professional Services, Managed Services, and internal operations, ensuring scalable processes, clear governance, consistent delivery standards, and operational accountability as the centre grows.
• Engineering Excellence: Maintain and continuously raise the technical bar across engineering teams by evaluating architectural decisions and ensuring all solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Professional & Managed Services Delivery: Lead the operational performance of both Professional Services and Managed Services delivered from the Philippines, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution from project scoping through to delivery, SLA management, service transition, escalation management, and continuous service improvement.
• Client Assurance: Provide senior leadership to ensure clients experience a seamless, unified delivery organisation, with the Philippines Delivery Centre operating as an equal partner to other global delivery locations and consistently meeting the organisation's standards for quality and customer experience.

Team Growth & Talent

• Team Scaling: Lead the next phase of growth for the Philippines centre, building on the existing team's foundations rather than starting from zero, and scaling across professional services, managed services, and engineering.
• Talent Strategy: Build talent strategies covering learning programmes, certification pathways, and clear career progression frameworks suited to a multi-disciplinary delivery centre.
• Upskilling & Coaching: Mentor and develop existing team leads and members, raising capability across every function and developing future leaders, not just managing headcount.
• Hiring Oversight: Own hiring decisions for the Philippines team, ensuring every new hire, in engineering, delivery, or operations, meets the bar required to grow the centre well.

Internal Operations

• Operational Leadership: Own the internal operations functions based in the Philippines, ensuring they run efficiently and support the wider organisation effectively.
• Process & Governance: Build the processes, tooling, and governance internal operations need to scale alongside the rest of the centre.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with global operations leadership to align local practice with company-wide standards.

Integrated Delivery

• Seamless Integration: Ensure the Philippines team operates as a fully integrated part of the global delivery model, not an offshore adjunct, but equal peers working alongside US, UK, and European colleagues.
• Process Alignment: Member of the Global Delivery leadership team, working to eliminate operational silos between locations.

Leadership

• Strategic Partnership: Work in close lockstep with the CDO to ensure Philippines operations align with global strategic goals.
• Leadership Presence: Provide senior, on-the-ground leadership that drives a culture of operational, engineering, and delivery excellence within the local centre.
• Inspiration: Inspire teams through personal credibility, operational understanding, and a genuine commitment to building on something already working well.

Matrix Reporting Structure

• Global Strategy & Standards: Reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).
• Regional Performance & Sponsorship: Work closely with the President of Europe for regional scale.

Requirements

What Success Looks Like

Essential Experience

• Scaling Leadership: Proven experience leading and scaling an existing multi-disciplinary delivery team, spanning professional services, managed services, and engineering, rather than building one from scratch.
• Operational Excellence: Deep experience building the operational rigour, governance, and processes needed to run a delivery centre reliably at scale.
• Technology & Delivery Credibility: Strong background across technology delivery. Understands engineering at a practitioner level, knows what best-in-class looks like, and can evaluate architectural decisions and distinguish good from great.
• Professional & Managed Services Expertise: Familiarity with professional services and managed services delivery models, including SLAs, engagement lifecycles, and client escalation management.
• Multi-Function Leadership: Experience leading teams across more than one function, engineering, delivery, and operations, and building a consistent quality bar across all of them.
• International Experience: Proven experience working in an international environment for international clients, integrating distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Fluent English: This person will interact daily with US, UK, and European stakeholders and clients. Fluent English is non-negotiable.
• Leadership: The ability to inspire, develop, and retain top talent across disciplines. Develops future leaders, not just manages headcount. Sets the tone for a culture of excellence.

Desirable Experience

• Experience scaling delivery centres in the Philippines or the wider APAC region
• Existing network within the Philippines technology and delivery community
• Cloud certifications or experience (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
• Commercial acumen and experience supporting business development
