Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Procurement Manager and Development Team to understand project timelines, scope, and budget requirements.\nAssist in developing the procurement strategy for each package, including identifying long-lead items, critical path packages, and early procurement requirements.\nPrepare and issue detailed Request for Proposals (RFPs) including scope of work, commercial conditions, technical requirements, BOQs, drawings, and other necessary documents.\nEnsure RFPs are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with internal procurement policies and project specifications.\nMaintain a database of prequalified vendors and identify new suppliers/contractors as needed for specific packages.\nPerform comprehensive bid evaluations, including Commercial analysis and cost comparison sheets\nrevision of resource plans, timelines, and payment terms\nDevelop detailed Price Technical Comparisons (PTCs) integrating commercial and technical feedback from relevant departments.\nWork with the technical team to validate scope completeness and identify any exclusions, deviations, or value engineering opportunities.\nProvide recommendations to the Development and Commercial teams on bid outcomes and preferred bidders.\nMaintain close follow-up with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of bids, clarifications, and post-award documents.\nLiaise with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Design, and Project Management) to align on contract terms, payment milestones, and deliverables.\nSupport the drafting and issuance of Letter of Awards (LOAs) and final contract documentation.\nMaintain a comprehensive procurement log for all ongoing and upcoming packages, tracking timelines, bidder status, and risks.\nEnsure all procurement files are complete, accurate, and organized for internal audits and project records.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and contractors.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Management.\nExperience: 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in procurement with contractor or real estate
