If you're looking to join a forward-thinking, rapidly growing organization with helping people as its number one goal, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead architectural decisions and roadmap delivery for web & lead API acquisition efforts\nWork with the leadership team to produce and deliver the engineering roadmap\nMentor engineers and sponsor them for the right projects to deliver the best product while growing their skillset\nIdentify and promote engineering best practices\nAdvise leadership team on technical feasibility and implications of product decisions\nWhat We Look For\nExperience managing engineering teams\n5+ years of experience building and deploying scalable applications in the cloud\nExperience with Ruby on Rails. \nExpertise in scoping large projects and initiatives into small iterations for release\nClear and efficient communication skills\nMentorship skills and the ability to give well-crafted constructive feedback\nExperience in a startup environment is not required but preferred\nThe base annual salary range is listed below.
