Your role will be pivotal in technically shaping future GNSS Navigation Products and defining their capabilities, specifications and developments, all while exploring and advancing cutting-edge technologies and creating value for our customers. Our internal stakeholders, customers and external institutions, agencies, administrative authorities will rely on you as expert, ambassador and point-of-contact for our GNSS Navigation Products. You will also proactively take a driving role as Electronics System Engineer in our Viennese development teams with highly skilled engineers with various backgrounds and from different nationalities, each bringing their unique perspective to the table. Yet, what unites us is both the bright future of our next GNSS Navigation Products and the commitment to Beyond Gravity’s core values: Curios, Passionate, and Together.\nYour mission:\nIn this exciting position you are responsible for\nTechnically shaping the future GNSS Navigation Products and defining their capabilities and specifications and developments \nActing as ambassador and point-of-contact for the GNSS Navigation Products towards internal stakeholders, customers and external institutions, agencies, administrative authorities, etc. \nDefining the GNSS Navigation Product system topology, performing the functional decomposition (HW, SW, FPGA) and compiling the system-level requirements\nSupervision of system level analyses (electrical, radiation, reliability, thermal, mechanical) and product documentation \nActive collaboration with and support of other teams and departments to ensure best possible trade-offs in terms of performance, schedule, budget, design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test\nActively contributing to improvements of the products, processes, methods and tools\nYour Story\nMaster’s degree in electrical engineering, space engineering, computer science or equivalent education\nPreferably 5+ years’ experience in embedded processing system development and analysis\nYou have expert knowledge of designing satellite payloads, PNT algorithms, RF signal reception, generation, processing and high frequency antennas\nYou are confident in taking technical decisions with the right balance between cost, time, quality, and performance\nYou have a collaborative and creative mindset, share know-how and solve problems together in the team\nYou like to represent BG at technical conference and to shape future solutions together with our customers and partners\nFluent in English, both spoken and written\nWhy Beyond Gravity\nA friendly working atmosphere with accountable and challenging activities\nFlexible working time\nCompany canteen\nA corporate culture in which success is celebrated together\nAn exciting job in a thrilling Industry, giving the opportunity for contributing to future space missions\nWe are required to state a minimum gross salary for this position in accordance with the collective agreement: this amounts to EUR5287 ,- per month.
