Every contribution matters - you’ll play a key role in our collective performance.\nYour Mission:\nIn this role, you will shape BGs transition from a highly specialized, one-off electronics manufacturing supplier towards an industrialized footprint. You manage and drive internal projects to standardize and scale our manufacturing & test capabilities towards the growing demand of delivering our products at a higher pace and to lower cost. The role works together closely with the manufacturing engineering, production and testing managers in the team and drives new product introduction, MAIT readiness as well as capacity ramp-up towards programme needs. This includes defining and implementing business cases for invests, leading internal CAPEX and industrialization projects as well as being a crucial player in transformation and digitalization initiatives.
