The role requires strong expertise in invoicing, receivables management, statutory filings (TDS & GST), and financial record-keeping, with\nthe ability to ensure accuracy and compliance across accounting functions.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Accounts Receivable & Invoicing\nManage end-to-end invoicing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness\nMonitor accounts receivable and ensure proper documentation\nCoordinate with internal teams for billing inputs and clarifications\n2. Payment Follow-ups & Collections\nProactively follow up with clients/customers for outstanding payments\nTrack receivables aging and minimize overdue collections\nMaintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure timely collections\n3. Statutory Compliance (TDS & GST)\nEnsure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns including TDS and GST\nMaintain compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations\nCoordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments\n4. Accounting & Bookkeeping\nVerify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing\nPass accounting entries in books ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards\nMaintain complete and organized financial records\n5. Financial Controls & Reporting\nAssist in monthly closing activities and reconciliations\nIdentify discrepancies and implement corrective actions\nSupport preparation of financial reports and MIS\n6.
