By shifting from animal-based protein to plant-based protein, we can positively impact four growing global issues: human health, climate change, constraints on natural resources and animal welfare.\nJob Description\nThe Junior Innovation Project Manager supports the execution of Beyond Meat’s EMEA innovation and renovation pipeline, taking responsibility for selected projects and workstreams from approved conceptsthrough commercialization and launch.\nWorking closely with the Senior Product Innovation Manager, this role turns agreed priorities and product concepts into clear project plans and drives the day-to-day cross-functional execution needed to bring them to market.\nThis is a hands-on project management role with meaningful responsibility and exposure across the innovation process.It is well suited to someone who has gained initial experience within FMCG, food, innovation, NPDor commercialization and isready to build their experience, gradually take greater ownership of projects and further develop their innovation capabilities.\nKey relationships\nEMEA organization: Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance\n\nExternal: Co-manufacturers, suppliersand development partners\n\nCore Responsibilities\n1. Innovation Project Execution(EMEA)\nSupport and progressively take ownership of selected EMEA innovation and renovation projects from approved conceptthrough launch\n\nTranslate agreed project objectivesinto clear plans, timelines, milestonesand actions\n\nCoordinate day-to-day project execution and ensure actions and deliverables are completed\n\nKeep projects moving and proactively identifydelays, risksand dependencies\n\nSupport launch readiness and project handover\n\n2. Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate day-to-day activities across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain\n\nOrganize and facilitateproject meetings\n\nEnsure clarity around actions, responsibilitiesand timelines\n\nFollow up with stakeholders and proactively address gaps or delays\n\nIdentifyand escalate decisions, risksand trade-offs when appropriate.\n\n3. Product Development & Commercialization Support\nSupport the development and commercialization of new products and renovations\n\nCoordinate product trials, validationsand commercialization activities with relevant functions\n\nSupport development of product, packagingand commercial inputs\n\nHelp ensure product solutions meet agreed consumer, commercial and operational requirements\n\nDevelop a strong practical understanding of the end-to-end product development and commercialization process\n\n4. Project Management & Ways of Working\nMaintain clear project plans, milestone trackersand project documentation\n\nTrack risks, assumptions, issuesand dependencies\n\nProvide concise and structured project updates\n\nSupport effective use of project management and stage-gate processes\n\nContribute to identifyingopportunities to improve project execution and ways of working.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, Engineeringor a related field\n\n1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within food, FMCG/CPG, innovation, NPD, commercializationor project management. Relevant internship or graduate experience can also be considered.\n\nSome exposure to coordinating cross-functional projects or workstreams is preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of the product development or commercialization process is preferred\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage\n\nComfortable working with project planning and standard business tools\n\nKey Skills\nStructured, organized and execution-focused\n\nStrong communicationand interpersonal skills\n\nAble to bring structure and momentum to projects\n\nCurious and eager to develop within innovation and product development\n\nProactive and comfortable taking responsibility and growing into greater ownership\n\nAble to manage several priorities simultaneously\n\nPragmatic problem-solver with a hands-on mindset\n\nComfortable asking questions and escalating when support or decisions are needed\n\nRole Scope\nThe Junior Innovation Project Manager has meaningful responsibility for project execution and will progressively take greater ownership while working within the strategic direction and innovation pipeline establishedby the Senior Product Innovation Manager.\nDevelopment Opportunity\nThe role provides broad exposure to the EMEA innovation process and the opportunity to build experience across product development, commercialization, cross-functional leadershipand project management.\nFor a strong performer, the role is designed to grow over time, with increasing ownership of projects and broader exposure to innovation and product development as capability develops.\n**Annual salary commensurate with experience**\nThe starting annual base pay for this role is between € 40.000 - €50.000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
