Role PurposeWhy this role matters:
As BI Engineer you will play a key role in enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization by building scalable BI solutions. Your contributions will help shape our Data & Analytics capabilities and ultimately the way we disrupt the market.

In your first year you will design and deploy interactive dashboards using Power BI Looker and Qlik streamline SQLbased ETL pipelines and ensure the integrity and performance of BI solutions to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

In this role you will:
Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards and visualizations ensuring insights are actionable and usercentric.
Collaborate with data engineers analysts and business teams driving seamless integration of BI solutions with data warehouses and lakes.
Manage SQL query development and ETL pipelines ensuring data accuracy consistency and optimal performance.
Develop optimize and maintain robust data models tailored to complex business requirements.
Perform data profiling cleansing and validation to uphold data integrity standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot BI solution performance addressing issues related to data latency visualization accuracy or system errors.
Document BI processes data models and reporting standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Were seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
4 years of experience in a BI Engineer or Data Analyst role preferably within technologydriven or datacentric industries.
Technical Skills:
Musthaves:
Strong handson experience with Power BI Looker and Qlik.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and performance tuning.
Solid programming skills in Python for data manipulation and automation.
Expertise in building and maintaining ETL processes.
Nicetohaves:
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark Hive.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Knowledge of data governance security and compliance best practices.
Unique Attributes:
Thrives in fastpaced environments requiring quick decisionmaking and proactive problemsolving.
Possesses a proactive mindset and strong ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Excels with Agile methodologies and modern project tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
