Were looking for someone ready to tackle this challenge headon and make an impact from day one.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this role you will:\nDesign and implement infrastructure security controls across onpremise and AWS environments ensuring layered protection for networks endpoints and data.\n\nCollaborate with network engineering DevOps and cloud teams to embed security best practices into infrastructure design and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nManage incident response activities for infrastructurerelated security breaches conducting root cause analyses to strengthen longterm defenses.\n\nConduct regular threat modeling and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.\n\nMonitor and maintain security tools including SIEM IDS/IPS endpoint protection platforms and AWSnative services (e.g. GuardDuty Security Hub).\n\nSupport regulatory and compliance initiatives (e.g. ISO 27001 KSA CRF NIST) through control validation audit response and documentation.\n\nContribute to the development and refinement of infrastructure security policies standards and procedures aligned to business needs.\n\nStay current on emerging threats regulatory changes and security trends relevant to telecom and MVNO ecosystems.\n\nQualifications & Attributes\nWere seeking someone who embodies the following:\nEducation:\nBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security Telecommunications or a related field.\nPreferred certifications: CISSP AWS Certified Security Specialty CISM GIAC.\nExperience:\n5 years of handson experience in infrastructure security engineering especially within hybrid (onpremise cloud) environments.\nStrong background in telecom or highavailability systems is highly desirable.\nTechnical Skills:\nMusthaves:\nDeep expertise in network security (firewalls VPNs IPS/IDS segmentation).\n\nAdvanced experience with AWS security tools: IAM KMS Security Hub GuardDuty Inspector VPC controls.\n\nSolid grasp of Linux/Windows hardening techniques.\n\nFamiliarity with security automation tools (e.g. Terraform Ansible).\n\nSkilled in SIEM tools like Splunk or ELK and comfortable with incident detection workflows.\n\nStrong knowledge of PKI encryption and secure protocols.\n\nHandson scripting (Python Bash) for automating security processes.\n\nNicetohaves:\nExperience with other cloud platforms (Azure Google Cloud) and VMWare environments.\n\nExposure to container security (e.g. Kubernetes EKS Docker).\n\nExperience with Cloudflare solutions.\n\nUnique Attributes:\nThrives in highpressure fastmoving telecom/MVNO settings.\n\nProactive problemsolver with strong analytical capabilities.\n\nCommunicates technical risks in businessrelevant terms.\n\nInfluences and collaborates across teams to embed secure practices from day one.\n\nWhat we offer:\nRapid learning opportunities we enable learning through flexible career paths exposure to challenging & meaningful work that will help build and strengthen your expertise.\nHybrid work environment flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.\nHealthcare and other local benefits offered in market.\n\nBy submitting your application you acknowledge and consent to the use of Greenhouse & BrightHire during the recruitment process.
