The successful candidate will be involved in all experience design activities across the project lifecycle, driving the underlying UX structures and strategies that help teams bring the work to life.\nYou’ll be shaping a range of customer surfaces - from marketing platforms and products to next-generation, multimodal, and agentic experiences - translating complex business challenges into simple, human-first solutions. From strategy and research through to concept to delivery, you’ll combine design thinking, craft, collaboration, and commercial impact to create work that is visionary, award-winning, and outcome-driven.\nAbove all, you’re an awesome human who loves being surrounded by - and collaborating with - smart, talented folks in a fun, fast-paced environment.\nRole Responsibilities\nPlan, design and conduct user research utilising a variety of methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research. You will use this knowledge to inform all parts of your process including developing personas and user journeys.\nTranslate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups to provide a clear, working reference for other designers, engineers and stakeholders.\nApply creative problem-solving and human-centered design thinking to all tasks.\nCreate compelling presentations and communicate the reasoning behind your work to all audiences.\nCollaborate across disciplines to refine designs, address technical trade-offs, and ensure a high-quality, polished launch..\nIntimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools to build a single source of truth, allowing for real-time feedback and direct access to design specs.\nWhat Success Looks Like\n5+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house).\nExcellent UX thinking and design system skills, complemented by an understanding of how to translate these into beautiful, effective designs.\nUnderstanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI.\nProven ability to translate business challenges, user insights, and UX best practices into human-first, commercially valuable designs.\nExperience participating in pitches and inspiring clients with visionary, yet credible, design solutions is desirable.\nBenefits\nWe believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally.
