This is work that leaves a mark, work you’ll be proud to tell your friends about.\nWe are looking for aTreasury Specialist to manage day-to-day cash and liquidity, debt administration, FX operations, and treasury reporting, while partnering closely with accounting and legal teams to ensure effective financial operations.\nWe look for people who embody:\nInnovation to solve the hardest problems.\nAccountability for every result.\nIntegrity always.\nAbout The Role\nCash & Liquidity Management:\nPerform daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and account sweeps across operational bank accounts.\nMonitor group liquidity to optimize working capital and short-term liquidity needs.\nManage day-to-day banking relationships, account maintenance, and payment approvals.\nLoan & Debt Administration:\nManage and administer simplistic internal and external loan portfolios (e.g., intercompany loans, bilateral bank loans, term loans).\nMaintain loan schedules, calculate interest payments, and ensure timely principal repayments and drawdown requests.\nEnsure compliance with basic loan agreements and covenants, coordinating tracking with accounting and legal teams.\nFX & Operations:\nExecute standard foreign exchange (FX) trades for currency hedging and operational liquidity.\nPerform monthly treasury reporting, bank fee analysis, and cash flow variance tracking.\nPartner with internal accounting teams to ensure proper treasury-related ledger entries and month-end reconciliation.\nThis role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect.
