We are looking for candidates that have an analytical way of thinking and can explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. The position will operate with significant autonomy, exercising independent judgement and decision making with respect to matters of significance.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nWork with ServiceNow implementation project teams, gathering requirements and drafting user stories.\nProvide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.\nProvide group facilitation, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
