This position will report to the Chief Architect but will work with a significant degree of autonomy, exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.\nThe qualified candidate will have extensive experience configuring and deploying ServiceNow ITSM and at least one or more additional products within the ServiceNow platform. Experience working within an Agile environment is a plus. ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.\nThe position will be fully remote (within the US) but may require some travel (\nThe ServiceNow Technical Consultant will interface with customers and other members of the Beyond20 team to transform customer requirements into fully functional solutions based on the ServiceNow platform. This includes implementing ServiceNow for new customers, configuring current deployments that may vary across all ServiceNow workflows and product lines. When necessary, creating customized workflows for processes and procedures, Tailoring user interfaces, and creating value with existing customer data sources and tools.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nConfigure and develop customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform \nLead technical sessions with customers utilizing ServiceNow best practices, including but not limited to demos, discussions, knowledge transfer. \nConduct training for customers on the use of software tools \nCollaborating with and mentoring Beyond20 peers and teammates\nOther duties may include:\nDevelop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform \nImplementation of custom dashboards, reporting, and metrics \nSupporting the ServiceNow practice, with examples such as \nWriting blog postings, knowledge articles, and white papers \nCreating video content relevant to our clients' needs \nAssisting with proposal writing, responding to RFPs and RFQs as needed \nProviding assistance with marketing / operational / administrative activities as needed \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years of successful ServiceNow platform implementation experience. \nCurrent ServiceNow CSA, and CIS-ITSM required \nCurrent ServiceNow CIS certifications are a plus \nConsulting experience preferred \nFamiliarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies \nFamiliarity with web services \nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision \nKnowledge of the ITIL Framework and Agile/Scrum methodology \nFour-year college degree or comparable experience \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences \nEffective problem-solving, time, and project management skills \nKnowledgeable in JavaScript, bootstrap, Angular, XML (jelly is also a plus) \nExperience with SQL, Batch, PowerShell \nAble to leverage Office365 to create compelling presentations and meaningful
