What you’ll do\nMeet with clients from warm, office-qualified leads, listen to what they want, and help them picture what their space could become.\nDesign and scope landscape construction projects, then build accurate, profitable estimates and proposals.\nRead drawings, blueprints, and specs, and translate them into scope, labour, materials, and timelines.\nPresent proposals, work within the client’s budget, and follow through until the deal is signed.\nDocument how each job was costed so the build team delivers exactly what was sold.\nHand off cleanly to operations and stay close enough to make sure the project is built as designed.\nTrack your pipeline and your numbers, and keep sharpening your close rate. What you bring Must-haves:\nExperience in landscape construction, hardscape, or a related trade, you know how these projects actually get built.\nA track record in sales, estimating, or client-facing work, or strong field experience and a real drive to move into sales.\nComfortable in reading drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications.\nStrong written and spoken English, and real presence in front of clients.\nOrganized and self-directed, you manage your own pipeline and hit deadlines without being chased.\nA valid BC driver’s licence and comfort driving a pickup. Nice-to-haves:\nDesign experience, we’re open to a sales-plus-design or hybrid field/sales setup for the right person.\nExperience with LMN estimating software.\nRed Seal or trade certification.
