You will work directly with engineering leaders at global OEMs, F1 teams, and aerospace innovators to deploy and scale our generative physics platform.\nThis is a hands-on, builder role. You will personally manage accounts, shape success criteria, oversee deployments, and design the frameworks that will later scale across dozens of customers.\nResponsibilities\nLead key enterprise accounts from pilot through production deployment.\n\nWork with engineering teams to define and measure technical success metrics.\n\nTranslate simulation and AI results into business and performance outcomes.\n\nCollaborate with product and research to feed customer insights into roadmap decisions\n\nDevelop processes, documentation, and playbooks for future customer success hires.\n\nBuild trusted relationships across engineering, R&D, and executive teams.\n\nYou Bring\n5+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise delivery.\n\nExperience with simulation, CAE, AI, or engineering software.\n\nAbility to converse fluently with engineers while maintaining a commercial mindset.\n\nStrong communication and project-management skills.\n\nA founder’s mentality: you are comfortable being the first, doing the work, and building the system.\n\nWe receive a large number of applications and take the time to carefully review each one.
