This position is fully remote.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:\nPartner with product managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile project delivery, tailoring processes to team needs and organizational objectives.\n\nMaintain project schedules, backlogs, and dashboards; facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.\n\nProactively identify and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.\n\nOversee multiple projects or program initiatives, surfacing trends, tracking business priorities, and providing portfolio-level visibility.\n\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, fostering collaboration, and ensuring transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.\n\nProvide regular status updates, including metrics on progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n\n3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Agile or iterative environments.\n\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.\n\nFamiliarity with software products/services/applications; knowledge of Microsoft technologies preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues effectively.\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to understand complex concepts and situations.\n\nExcellent collaboration, facilitation, and reporting skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.\n\nOccasional infrequent in person activity may be required.\n\nBeyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with regards to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
