This role will focus on transforming complex data into meaningful business insights through advanced SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and semantic modeling, while leveraging modern AI tools to improve day-to-day analytics and productivity.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL and Power BI, excellent business analysis and communication skills, and practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude. This is a fully remote position based in Vietnam.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:\nAnalyze complex business data and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.\nDevelop and optimize advanced SQL queries and Stored Procedures for data analysis and reporting.\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.\nBuild and maintain robust data models and semantic models to support scalable reporting and analytics.\nDevelop DAX measures, metrics, and calculations for business and performance analysis.\nWork with data warehouse structures and tabular models to support BI solutions.\nAnalyze business and performance metrics, identify trends and patterns, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective data and BI solutions.\nUse AI tools and applications such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants as part of daily analytics and productivity workflows.\nExplore opportunities to improve data analysis and business processes through AI-assisted analysis and automation.\nCommunicate analytical findings, recommendations, and business insights effectively in English.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including strong query-writing skills and experience with Stored Procedures.\n2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, with strong expertise in data modeling and semantic modeling.\nStrong experience with DAX, data analysis, metrics, and performance analysis.\nExperience working with data warehouses and/or tabular data models.\nStrong business analysis skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.\n1+ years of experience using AI tools/applications in daily work, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants.\nStrong English communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical and analytical information to business stakeholders.\nMust be based in Vietnam and able to work remotely.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts or solutions.\nExperience with AI Agents or agent-based AI solutions.\nExperience using AI automation to improve analytics or business workflows.\nStrong understanding of Business Intelligence and Business Insights.\nExperience identifying opportunities to combine traditional BI/data analytics with AI-enabled tools and automation.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and business teams.\nBeyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with regards to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
