The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange Online/On-Premises, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.\nThis role involves designing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting highly available messaging and collaboration environments, managing Exchange hybrid configurations, troubleshooting complex mail flow and infrastructure issues, and implementing security and compliance solutions.
