The role will work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, migrate, and optimize modern endpoint management solutions, while providing technical guidance and hands-on delivery support.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:\nEngage with customers to understand business and technical requirements for endpoint and device management.\nDesign and implement solutions using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM).\nSupport co-management and migration from SCCM to Intune, including workload transition and modernization planning.\nConfigure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Update, and endpoint security policies.\nSupport Windows Autopilot design, deployment, and troubleshooting.\nTroubleshoot complex Intune/SCCM issues across Windows and enterprise endpoint environments.\nProvide architecture recommendations, technical workshops, assessments, and implementation guidance.\nDevelop technical documentation, solution designs, operational guidance, and best practices.\nWork with customer IT teams and stakeholders to drive successful solution adoption and delivery.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).\nSolid experience with Intune device management, compliance, application management, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint security.\nExperience with SCCM infrastructure, application/package deployment, software updates, OS deployment, and troubleshooting.\nGood understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.\nExperience with Intune/SCCM co-management and endpoint modernization/migration projects.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong customer-facing, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.\nAbility to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering large-scale enterprise endpoint management projects.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and broader Microsoft security solutions.\nPowerShell scripting and automation experience.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.\nBeyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with regards to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
