# Junior Cyber Security Analyst (SOC)

Key Responsibilities: •Provide technical support and communication to customers subscribing to CDN and/or Security solutions •Monitor the system alerts, security events and/or performance issues from various engerprise products. •Perform basic configuration changes, troubleshooting, and initial incidence assessments before escalating to a backend support team according to pre-established procedures and runbook •Support onboarding of applications and domains onto CDN and/or Security systems. •Analyze HTTP/HTTPS traffic logs to identify suspicious or malicious behavior. •Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover notes. •Participate in shift rotation / on-call support when required. Job Requirements: •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field. •1–2 years of experience in security operations, network operations, or technical support. •Good to have Basic understanding of: Web protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, cookies, headers DNS and SSL/TLS Web security fundamentals (OWASP Top 10) •Willingness to learn and follow incident response processes.
