For more information regarding DEI at Beyondsoft, please go to https://www.beyondsoft.com/diversity/.\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS:\nFor remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team.\nResponsibilities\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThis position will work under the guidance of the Payroll Manager in the USA and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and accurate multi-state payroll processing.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:\nEnsure bi-weekly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner. Enter salary adjustments, commission payments, bonuses, vacation, sick pay and other payroll related data in preparation for payroll processing.\nReview computed wages and corrects errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings. Ensure that all changes to payroll are processed correctly.\nProcesses wage garnishment, pay levies, or other involuntary court-ordered payments in a timely matter, including reporting to the necessary State office or jurisdiction and assisting employees with general process.\nAssist employees with general payroll questions and educate as needed on company-specific payroll policies.\nManage tasks to ensure the efficient employee onboarding and ensure time processing of employee status changes including new hires, salary changes, classifications and terminations.\nMaintain employee files, updating documents to SharePoint/Cloud.\nWork closely with Human Resource and Accounting on all payroll related financial analysis and issues.\nContinuously identify and develop solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency.\nPerform quarterly deduction audit to ensure accuracy on benefits and other deductions.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociates or bachelor’s degree in a related field.\n2+ years of payroll processing experience.\nADP WFN experience preferred.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nCommitment to customer service and strong sense of ownership for projects and results.\nStrong problem solver with good analytical skills.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nMust have the ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, and maintain confidentiality of information.\nMust be very detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience processing payroll for multi-states preferred.\nShould be familiar with federal and state labor leave laws, especially CA.\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:\nBecause we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it’s a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
