# Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Responsibilities: Monitor system health, service performance, and operational metrics using monitoring and observability tools; support the development and maintenance of monitoring, dashboards, metrics, alerting, and related platform components. Develop and maintain backend services and platform features related to monitoring and operational capabilities, and contribute to enhancements and continuous improvements within existing systems. Support resource requests, allocation, configuration, and monitoring for data platform and infrastructure resources; perform routine maintenance to ensure platform stability and reliability. Perform first-line troubleshooting of common platform and infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and established SOPs; resolve routine issues where possible and escalate complex or high-impact issues to senior engineers. Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand resource requirements,support appropriate configurations, and communicate operational issues and potential risks clearly.
