For more information regarding DEI at Beyondsoft, please go to https://www.beyondsoft.com/diversity/.\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS:\nFor remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team.\nResponsibilities\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:\nProvide technical support and issue resolution for enterprise Windows 11 endpoint environments.\nTroubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues related to faults, performance, stability, and compatibility.\nResolve issues related to Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps.\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nTroubleshoot Windows Update, system patching, and related issues.\nWork with enterprise management environments such as Active Directory and Group Policy to analyze and resolve issues.\nConduct health checks, performance optimization, and technical improvements for Windows 11 and Office environments.\nAssist with Windows 11 and Office version upgrades, deployments, and compatibility assessments.\nPerform root cause analysis for complex issues and drive them through to closure.\nPrepare incident reports, root cause analysis reports, technical solutions, issue analysis reports, and other technical documentation.\nCollaborate with customer technical teams on technical discussions, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.\nRecommend improvements to endpoint stability, performance, and user experience based on the actual environment and identified issues.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nAt least three years of experience providing enterprise-level technical support for Windows 10/11.\n\nStrong knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system and enterprise endpoint management.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps.\n\nProficiency with commonly used Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nFamiliarity with foundational technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.\n\nFamiliarity with patch management technologies such as Windows Update and WSUS.\n\nProficiency with diagnostic tools such as Windows Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, and Task Manager.\n\nProficiency in PowerShell, with the ability to use scripts for troubleshooting and routine administration.\n\nStrong issue analysis and fault-isolation skills.\n\nAbility to communicate directly with customer technical teams and drive issues to resolution.\n\nWillingness to work on-site in both Dongguan and Shenzhen.\n\nSQL Server Capabilities (Not Mandatory):\nCandidates with SQL Server expertise will be preferred, including experience in:\n\nSQL Server installation, configuration, and maintenance;\n\nSQL Server performance analysis and optimization;\n\nSQL Server high availability;\n\nTroubleshooting database connectivity, authentication, and permission issues;\n\nTroubleshooting integration issues between SQL Server and Windows Server / Active Directory;\n\nAnalyzing common SQL Server performance and stability issues.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience delivering Microsoft CSS services is preferred.\nMicrosoft-related certifications are preferred.\nExperience supporting Windows endpoint environments in large enterprises.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365.\nFamiliarity with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.\nFamiliarity with SCCM / MECM.\nExperience with large-scale Windows 11 deployment and upgrade projects.\nPowerShell automation skills.\nTechnical support experience with large enterprise customers.\nExperience handling major incidents and problem management.\nBeyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with regards to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
