You will be guided by experienced colleagues and receive regular feedback to support your growth.\nDuring your internship, you will learn how to:\nTranslate sports data and client needs into creative concepts\n\nContribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions\n\nCreate moodboards, sketches, storyboards, mock-ups and design proposals\n\nResearch trends in sports, gaming, apps, social media, AR/VR and AI\n\nCollaborate with developers and artists to bring ideas to life\n\nApply creative thinking to real-world design challenges\n\nYou will be supported by a mentor and have regular check-ins to track your development and learning goals.\nWho are you?\nThis internship is focused on students who want to learn and grow in a creative design environment. You’ll fit right in if you:\nAre passionate about sports, design, tech, or gaming (or a combination)\n\nAre eager to learn and develop your creative skills\n\nTake initiative and are comfortable sharing ideas\n\nThink creatively and are open to feedback\n\nAre available 4-5 days per week for the duration of your internship\n\nHave strong communication skills (English)\n\nImportant: \nThis is a working internship (meewerkstage) with a strong learning focus. You must be enrolled at a Dutch university or college during the entire internship period and able to provide an internship agreement.\nTechnical skills and requirements\nYou don’t need to master everything - this internship is about learning - but a basic foundation helps:\nRequired\nBasic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)\n\nExperience with Figma\n\nUnderstanding of visual design (composition, color, typography)\n\nNice to have (you can also learn this during your internship)\nPremiere Pro or After Effects\n\nInterest in 3D, motion design, AI tools, or game interfaces\n\nFamiliarity with Design Thinking methods\n\nAbout Beyond Sports\nBeyond Sports is an AI-based data analysis and visualization company that offers a new way of experiencing sports.
