You’ll learn from our Office Manager the following tasks:\nEnsuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming office environment\n\nSupporting the Office Manager in daily operations\n\nWelcoming visitors and providing general support\n\nPreparing meeting rooms and workspaces\n\nManaging office supplies, groceries, and inventory\n\nSupporting onboarding of new colleagues\n\nAssisting during lunch together with our in-house chef\n\nSupporting internal events and gatherings\n\nContributing to team activities and outings (e.g., sports events, themed parties, team drinks)\n\nJoining regular check-ins with the office team to improve the workplace experience\n\nWhat We Value\nAt Beyond Sports, we value ownership, energy, and a proactive mindset.
