This role partners with the VP, Total Rewards to develop a competitive and sustainable global benefits strategy that supports employee well-being, talent attraction, retention, and business objectives. The position leads a team of benefits professionals, manages external vendor relationships, and ensures the effective delivery of benefit programs across all countries in which BeyondTrust operates.\nWhat You’ll Do\nExecutes on the global benefits strategy aligned with company and departmental objectives.\nLeads the implementation, administration, and enhancement of new and existing benefit programs across the company.\nManages the planning and rollout of open enrollment including advising on recommended plan enhancements, implementation of new benefit carriers, employee communication and data auditing for all plans outside of US, Canada and UK.\nCo-manages the planning and roll out of open enrollment including advising on recommended plan enhancements, implementation of new benefit carriers, employee communication and data auditing for all plans in the US, Canada and UK.\nCo-manages the planning and roll out of open enrollment including advising on recommended plan enhancements, implementation of new benefit carriers, employee communication and data auditing for all plans in the US, Canada and UK.\nCollaborates with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with country-specific statutory benefits requirements and applicable regulations across all regions where BeyondTrust operates.\nAnalyzes benefits utilization, participation, and cost trends and provide recommendations for program enhancements.\nDevelops reporting and executive-level dashboards to support strategic decision-making.\nManages communication of benefit programs to employees and managers, resulting in high adoption, participation, and engagement rates.\nDevelops and maintains strong relationships with brokers, advisors, vendors, and other external partners to ensure they meet the needs of all stakeholders.\nCollaborates with the VP of Total Rewards and benefit brokers to finalize new and updated contracts, agreements, summary plan descriptions, and plan documents.\nManages benefits-related policy creation, maintenance, enforcement, and education.\nPartners with global vendors and brokers to resolve escalated claims and customer service issues.\nOverall management and oversight of the company’s programs such as leave program, COBRA, etc. with the support of a 3rd party vendor for administration.\nManages company’s Wellness Program in collaboration with VP of Total Rewards and Culture Committee.\nLead, coach, develop, and manage a team of benefits professionals to include Benefits Administration, Leave Administration and Total Rewards Analyst.\nEstablishes team goals, performance expectations, and development plans.\nDrives operational excellence through process improvements and automation.\nBuilds organizational capability through knowledge sharing and cross-training.\nAssists in preparing and facilitating analysis and creating materials for executive leadership.\nStrategically develop and deliver global benefits training and communication for candidates, current employees and leadership.\nLeverages system and process automation to reduce manual input for benefits administration. Provide backup to the VP of Total Rewards.\nPerforms additional duties as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nBachelor’s degree required with minimum 5-7 years of progressive benefits experience; or Associates’ degree with minimum 8+ years of progressive benefits experience.\n3+ years leading benefits teams.\nExperience supporting multinational organizations.\nDemonstrated working knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and applicable laws/regulations in applicable countries.\nStrong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems (UKG Pro preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nStrong project management, organizational skills, the capability to exercise sound judgment and work well under pressure to effectively manage priorities and meet timelines and deliverables.\nStrong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers in large group settings and 1-on-1 interactions.\nAble to maintain confidential and private personnel data.\nNice To Have\nSuccessful annual renewal and open enrollment execution.\nBenefits budget managed within approved targets.\nNo material compliance deficiencies or audit findings.\nEmployee satisfaction and engagement with benefits programs.\nTimely resolution of escalated employee issues.\nAchievement of participation goals for wellness and benefit programs.\nEffective vendor performance management and SLA adherence.\nAchievement of team development and performance objectives.\nBetter Together\nDiversity.
