Acting as a technical specialist within the sales cycle, you will provide foundational support to highlight the capabilities of the BeyondTrust suite. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their technical expertise and customer-facing skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations.\nSupport lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.\nContribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.\nParticipate in discovery and opportunity engagement by conducting background research, qualifying questions, and understanding customer needs.\nArticulate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions to prospects and customers.\nDemonstrate how BeyondTrust solutions address customer challenges and deliver on the value proposition.\nAssist in developing written proposals to complement financial proposals for prospects.\nPlay a key role in securing the technical win for opportunities by effectively presenting solutions and value.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n3+ years of experience, including help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.\nGood understanding of common operating systems and network topologies.\nFamiliarity with foundational security concepts and practices.\nAbility to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.\nComfortable delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes.\nSecurity+, Network+, or equivalent industry certifications.\nNice To Have\nPre-sales experience is advantageous but not required.\nBasic working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory.\nFamiliarity with BeyondTrust products (Privilege Management for Desktops, Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access).\nSecurity-focused qualifications or certifications are a plus.\nExperience with security solutions such as anti-malware, data protection, firewalls, and mobile/email/web security.\nBetter Together\nDiversity.
