This is a unique opportunity for you to step up as a technical leader in solving cloud-scale challenges and deliver a bar-raising platform system.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient backend components, services, and orchestration.\nDeliver outstanding user experience for complex API-based integrations. \nContribute to the design of systems and provide technical leadership for projects with increasing complexity. \nReview functional and technical requirements to identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and communicate ideas effectively with cross-functional teams.\nBe a bar-raiser for delivering results and taking end-to-end ownership individually and as part of a team.\nRelentless pursuit of high quality by leveraging engineering best practices. \nWhat You’ll Bring\n2+ years’ experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.\nHands-on experience architecting and developing backend and frontend services.\nSoftware development experience in any language.\nExperience developing scalable microservices architectures.\nUnderstanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery strategies.\nUnderstanding of monitoring and alerting strategies.\nFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and end-to-end testing tools.\nUnderstanding of software development best practices, including testing paradigms, peer code reviews, and resilient architectures.\nTeam player who adapts to ambiguity, takes initiative to fix issues, and balances speed and risk using data-driven decisions.\nNice To Have\nFamiliarity with Node.js and TypeScript, Kafka, object stores, Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with React, NestJS, Fastify, and MikroORM (big plus).\nBetter Together\nDiversity.
