You will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining a cloud-based software solution utilizing modern orchestration technologies. This is a unique opportunity for you to step up as a technical leader in solving cloud-scale challenges and deliver a bar-raising platform system. This role is based in our central Tel Aviv office.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient backend components, services, and orchestration.\nDeliver outstanding user experience for complex API-based integrations.\nContribute to the design of systems and provide technical leadership for projects with increasing complexity.\nReview functional and technical requirements to identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and communicate ideas effectively with cross-functional teams.\nBe a bar-raiser for delivering results and taking end-to-end ownership individually and as part of a team.\nRelentless pursuit of high quality by leveraging engineering best practices.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years’ experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.\nSolid Understanding of modern design patterns.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExperience with the full lifecycle of development, including product release in an agile environment.\nExperience working on an Agile team in a continuous integration and development environment.\nHands-on experience in architecting and developing backend services.\nProficient in Python with a deep understanding of OOP, System Design, Networks and Linux.\nExperience working with public cloud providers: AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.\nExperience with data engineering technologies: RabbitMQ, S3, ClickHouse, Airflow, Spark, Elasticsearch.\nExperience in connecting to API services with limited functionality or scalability.\nExperience in developing scalable microservices architectures.\nExperience with performance optimization techniques for backend components running on cloud as well as on-prem.\nUnderstanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery strategies.\nUnderstanding of monitoring and alerting strategies.\nFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and end-to-end testing tools.\nWho You Are\nYou are a team player, eager and open to sharing successes and failures.\nYou are flexible and can handle ambiguity and adapt to shifting situations and requirements.\nYou are excited about AI and move with urgency to embed it across your work-from day-to-day tasks to production workflows-proactively experimenting, advocating for the right tools, and sharing learnings.\nYou take the initiative to fix issues before being assigned to them.
